For domestic delivery we use the Finnish Postal Service (Itella Corporation). You can either collect the parcel from a post office or order a home delivery (notice the additional charge for home deliveries).

DELIVERY TIME

Most of the items can be delivered within three to five days from the order confirmation. If a product is temporarily out of stock, the delivery time is from two to three weeks. The confirmation and the invoice of the order that will be sent to you via e-mail include the delivery charge and the estimated delivery time. We deliver the order after the payment has been implemented. Depending on the chosen payment method the delivery may prolong one or two days.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

The prices include Finnish VAT (22%) which applies to customers within the EU. The delivery charges are not included in the prices. We accept advance payment (money transfer to the international bank account) and collect on delivery payments. Collect on delivery payments are valid only in domestic deliveries.

Tariff Charges:

Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to local tariffs and taxes. Fokus Fabrik is not responsible for these charges.

RETURN POLICY AND CONDITIONS

Fokus Fabrik shop’s customers have a fourteen-day right to return or exchange a purchase according to Finnish consumer protection legislation. The customer has a right to return a product if it has not been used, the product is in the condition that the customer received it in and all the parts of the product are included in the package. This return policy does not extend to products which are produced, modified, or altered according to the customer’s wishes. The customer has a right to return the product according to the terms and conditions mentioned above by notifying us via e-mail within 14 days of delivery. The reimbursement will take place as soon as we have received and inspected the returned product. This will result in a short delay before the refund is visible in bank records. The price of the returned product/s will be refunded on the customer’s bank account.

COLOURS AND IMAGES

We try to show the colours of the products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that the colours seen on computer screen are exactly the same as in reality. The way colours are perceived depend on your computer and your screen settings.
